David Baldacci has authored 17 books (including Absolute Power, which later became a movie starring Clint Eastwood and Gene Hackman), seven screenplays, a novella, and short stories. Baldacci's books are all bestsellers, and have been translated into over 37 languages and sold in more than 85 countries. Baldacci is national ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and is very active with charities, even starting his own foundation for literacy, Wish You Well Foundation.
